Shipping Policy

All "in-stock” items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Pre-Sale items are available to ship within 7-10 business days once launch period has passed.

At this time, items will only be shipped to US territories and postal codes as well as APO and FPO addresses. Please let me know at time of check-out if this is a gift item and a separate invoice can be sent to you via email.

Postage & Handling Fees

Items listed with shipping and handling fees are chosen based off USPS First Class Mail.

At this time, gift wrapping is not available.

Returns & Refunds

Customers who would like to return an item may do so by contacting us for discussion and reason via email: hello@jessicabrittonstudios.com within 20 days of purchase. *Calendars will not be accepted for return once the first week of January has passed.

Any items to be returned must be done so at the customer’s expense. A refund of 80% of the purchase price, upon receipt of the item, will be given to cover a 20% restocking fee. Fees will be returned through the same funding source they were purchased with.
